First of all, the friend that snitched on him knew the money is not legit, no matter how much you have, if people know you got paid by the government or company, they can't snitch on that, and even if they did, the government or the company would be involved. That's why the police wanted a share of the bounty. I never said what the police did was right, it's important to know how to read comments properly. I am only asking Pararan to thread cautiously because we know there's no freedom of speech in Nigeria when it affects some quarters.
If the money was not legit, then he should have been charged to Court and not for them to extort him. It is this our attitude don't talk, don't talk that has brought Nigeria to where it is today. Crimes will be committed and we are pressured to leave it and move on instead of taking the right measures to right the wrongs. The society cannot continue on this path. No way.
