Yeah this is just a different division of a 5 digit tournament really. 5 digit is such a blanket term because for example at 10k you will be playing and fcing maps that are around 6.5* while 90k are probably closer to 5.5* maps or maybe lower, (it was 5* maps when I was at that rank many years ago). Then in some tournaments, the map difficulty starts at levels where people at that skill level can play very consistently but then progressively become harder until the finals. In a tournament I was in a year ago, we started with 5-5.2* qualifiers and ended at 5.8-6* finals maps.
Hi, I was staffing in this tournament and this was a really poorly designed auction tournament. Apparently Deseeding was allowed as Jayden blatantly played poorly in qualifiers to have a lower seed and the captain rules made it so anyone who would think for 2 second could have easily ruined the tournament for everyone. Basically you could deside to not be captain even if you were a high seed but realistically your best chance of winning if you were seed 2 was to not accept being a captain and try and get drafted by another high seed, same goes for seed 3, seed 4 so on and so forth, making it so nobody would want to be a captain, ruining the tournament. Luckily no players thought of that so the tournament could be played. Regardless, I like your videos. The editing is great and people who show light on lower rank bracket tournaments are rare so im happy you're making those videos.
I've seen other draft tournies that suffered from this problem of deseeders pairing up with other higher players. It wasn't too bad with this tourney as a captain would waste majority of their coins on one high seeded player, so you didn't have a completely broken team.
Wow all these maps are so easy, My brain really can't process that this is the skill range for low 5 digits, it's really wierd, and I know I was there at some point
low 5 digit to 6 digit range. the tourney range was 80k - 150k I believe. Plus the pool is suppose to test all skillsets instead of being some jump consistency aim maps
@@Vasco04638 because brawhalla has like 9 million tournaments every year, and some of them have pretty big prize pools(there are couple major tournaments, like seasonal championships, bcx). Osu on the other hand has much less tourneys with even less prizes. Highest we've seen on OSU is CPMC with 10k if I remember correct, which is just a ususal prize pool for bh major or seasonal.
@@onceitestastream2696 the game is a fucking money pit bro ofc we get big tournaments, osu should have seasonal tournaments but the only source of income for it is supporter and merch, which is way too little compared to *occasional* mammoth coins purchases to get new skins haha (pls help im poor because of bh), but tbh i dont see how peppy could bring more money into the game, ngl imo brawlhalla is a much more accessible game to amateur players, maybe osu just needs more screen time, devs playing and stuff, like brawlhalla does

its like 5-6 digit so 70k-200k also its a tournament so its testing consistency across all skillsets rather than ur skill ceiling
