They look great together! I think the accurate proportions do look better, but because it was so minute a difference between the new and old sizes I think crafty still fits in great with the originals. I'm excited to see more, especially the entire set at the end!

I like crafty corn if it's a girl at smiling critters. Only one person is a fantasy creature, but it is very adorable to see it has a cute feature that likes to draw pictures and has beautiful hair.

wow!!! zedabyu, i am so proud of you; she looks amazing! i am a seamstress for work & i applaud how far your sewing skills have come! sewing is not easy, especially hand sewing. on top of a pretty intricate pattern. you'll be a pro & moving onto your machine in no time! the biggest tip i can give you for hand sewing is putting band aids around your fingers & using pliers to pull your needle through. it is the best for your fingers!
yes! i find band aids the most unrestrictive compared to a thimble or a finger glove. thank you for your encouragement, i appreciate it a lot. i'm waiting for my walking foot and hopefully that will speed things up with some of the sewing. My next goal is learn how to measure and sew for a 1/6 scale figurine so that I can make custom figures from scratch, but pattern making for clothings is really a whole new ball game.
