- Just some footage from some pretty nice reefs around southern PPB. The Morwong went 72cm and is my biggest fish in Victoria! Lost a good sized Morwong as well in this vid... Please give it a Like and also Subscribe!

Nice video mate gave you a sub and a like!
Hey great video
Also what is that fish called? (in the thumb nail)
It's a Dusky Morwong, it can be really tasty if you put the effort in to preparing it! I don't shoot them anymore, but I film them as they are quite curious fish.
360spearo Thanks, I saw one of those out spearfishing on Sunday.
Also, if i live in the Mentone area, where is the best place to go spearfishing?
Thanks
Honestly, the best spots are the ones you find yourself! Just do a bit of trial and error and you'll find some consistent spots!
hey im headed down to Melbourne in a few days wheres good to rockhop
Can't go wrong with good old Queenscliff, never dived up near Melbourne...
I'm staying in frankston what's around there
You can always try black rock, pretty good with an easterly wind
OK thanks

Morwong are good eating
Morwong are great when there big and you get fillets out off them
