Jerry Rawlings is one the best presidents ever past through Africa. I know many Ghanaians would not agree with that. Why do you think Ghana is most stable , democratic and not as corrupt as most African countries because o Rawlings lay the foundation. Africa needs more Jerry Rawlings and Dr. Julius Nyerere.
