The same inning that Altuve made that sliding catch he also made a great over the shoulder catch running away into right field. Also that Loperfido play was even crazier than shown. On the hit Vasquez was almost to second but turned when we saw that Loperfido caught it. Castro was running hard thinking it wasn’t a catch and he passed Vasquez halfway between first and second. The umps stopped the play and discussed. Castro was out for passing the Vasquez but the Stros challenged anyway to make Loperfido’s catch official. To answer your question about Lee. He just got called up this week. Also when Altuve got hit there were people at Target Field cheering and clapping. I even heard someone say he should’ve been hit earlier. I like Minnesota and generally they are good people but that was really low class and disgraceful. Altuve doesn’t deserve the boos he gets but to cheer him getting hurt is low.

He didn't use Pressly and didn't intend to use Hader because why would he?! We had a 13-5 lead in the 9th! But he let it get way too far out of hand before acting. You can't wait until you're in serious trouble to make a move! I understand that he wasn't going to use his typical closers with that lead, but when that lead disappears, you have to be ready to go to your dependable pitcher to get the win. If we had lost, the fault would fall on Espada. He should be doing some explaining as to why he waited until it was almost too late before pulling Contreras. He should've had someone warming up after the first couple runs scored! But he waited too long, and then rushed Hader's warmup! Contreras got sent back to Triple-A today, which is to be expected after last night. Maybe Espada should be reminded that his job security depends on performance as well.

Salazar is nice…but he stole a nice outfield assist from Yordan. Had we lost that would have been a huge reason. No complaints though… as you can see everyone is in one the action.
