He has worked hard for many years to improve, to perfect, and to be a better version of himself. Yes, he had the "gift" for singing early on, yet he also had the foresight to study (with a voice teacher), to work on his techniques, and to develop full control of his vocal chords, muscles, and breath. Of all your reviews, I really enjoyed this one. I loved how you really broke it down. Why JK sang this way because he was building up to the chorus. And when you expected JK to do something he turned around and surprised you by doing something totally unexpected. For non-trained singers, we know it sounds beautiful but we honestly don't know what JK did and how difficult or rare it is to be able to do what he seems to do so effortlessly. Your explanation really made me aware. Every time I hear JK sing, I think back to when he thought about just being a dancer after finishing his dance training in the US. What a loss for the world that would have been. Thankfully BTS gave him the chance to do both.
