Who’s been here since my college study vlogs?🤓📓
Me❤
Me 😊
You should do a only speak Korean day and your bf only speaks English, that would be fun to watch😊
Congrats on starting your Korean studies again. It is hard, but definitely you're right about being accountable. You got this!!
Thank you!!!!!❤
That’s so sweet your Korean friends are helping you out 🥹🤍 you’ve got this Adrienne!!!
Aww I love your dedication and new study routine. Perfect timing since I'll be getting back into Japanese lessons.
Let’s get it girl
Hi Adrianne, please don't be so hard on yourself. From what I've gathered so far is that Korean alongside with Japanese is not the easiest language to learn. And you have every right to reward yourself for sticking to your learning schedule regardless if it's a pizza party or treat yourself to some delicious ice cream or cake. I route and support you that you can achive your language goal step by step. 🙂
Thank you so much 💗💗💗
please please make more study content it helps motivate me to study and i just got my rosetta stone lifetime membership for korean!!
I will!!! Thank you so much!
Watching you learn a new language, and see your study tactics, has motivated me to start my language learning journey to learn French
I feel good energy when you study hard
Thank you for the video today
I feel you with the dedication!! I am learning Russian and I have been on and off for years!! But I just got a new job working from home and I feel a new push to learn! I am trying Mondly for now 🙏🏾💪🏾 we’ve got this!!
Loved this study vlog! Wondering if you can share some of your favorite Korean vloggers? Love the idea of watching fun videos as language practice!
One of the ways I'm learning Mandarin and Italian is by using spaced repetition tools like Lingvist (they have Korean too), Hack Chinese or Anki. Lingvist is also super useful because they select the ~5000 most common words in the language. Would highly recommend! Also, unrelated but I'd love to hear about your favorite clothing brands or where you shop in Korea, love your style 🥰
LOVE THIS! Thank you so much :) will share more about my style in an upcoming vlog
YESSS. study vlogs are my fave
Also this hair length is so cute on you!
Yay I’m so glad you enjoy! Thank you
I'm a Filipino born and raised in Hawaii, and besides trying to learn Filipino, I am also learning Korean at home
I hope that someday you will become fluent in the Korean language Adrienne🇰🇷
Wow learning two languages!!!! So amazing 🤯🤯👏👏
@@adriennehilll Thank you.
Yeah, I grew up speaking English and barely learned too much Filipino as a child. It would be so amazing to learn languages.
I adore you, you are an inspiration to me. A hug from Brazil!
This video quality is so much better 😍
Thank you!
@@adriennehilllsending you so much love 💕
A study vlog?? This is such up my alley 😭 24 here but still working on my bachelors degree
this makes me feel so much better! i’m 23 and still working towards mine!
Yay I’m so glad!!!! And don’t worry there is no timeline on anyways degree!!!
Agreed! 34 and in my last year of college/uni😂
Enjoyed this vlog!! Goodluck!!
A video like this brings back memory lane. When speaking Korean, do people speak with different accents from different regions or do they pronounce the word differently? I am bilingual and the language I speak they pronounce the word “home” differently. They would say like I’m going home now somebody from the north and south they totally pronounce it differently.
Yes def! Busan has an accent quite diff from Seoul
respect for studying! keep it up!
Thank you!
Lovely Vlog As Always Adrienne and I really really enjoyed watching it🥹♥️ and I wish you have a beautiful week ahead
Thanks love💕💕
i’m studying Japanese but currently only doing duo lingo🦜 loved your study vlog💓
I love your channel ❤❤ and you motivate me to study Korean again.
Thank you so much 💕💕
I HIGHLY recommend looking into the “comprehensible input” method. I’m currently doing this with spanish with “Dreaming Spanish” and now 3 months in, i’m at an intermediate level listening to podcasts and CZcamsrs completely in Spanish.
I’ll never learn a language another way! It’s been so “easy” that I’m sure I’ll move onto learning another language a few years down the road. Most likely, Korean!
I spent 5 years on and off trying to learn spanish before this and never got anywhere. Please look into this method! Good luck!😄
It most certainly is not pathetic 🤷🏻♀️ giving yourself a goal and a special treat to look forward to can help you motivate yourself to do what you've been wanting to do.
That is completely normal and it's been ingrained in us that if we complete our tasks and do a good job we will be rewarded.
If it will make you happy and be a celebration for something you've been wanting to do then I say go for it 100% and continue to do it that way if it helps you reach where you are wanting to be with your language learning.
Never feel bad or think it's wrong to celebrate victories of any size.
Besides 🍕 makes everyone happy 😁
Awww Rebecca thank you so much!!
Hang in there Adrianne. You can do this, girl you got this ( happy studying vibes sent ur way ) 😁👍🏾
Thanks so much💛
Ur welcome 😊
I was super motivated in 2021 and started kiip, but in 2022 it exhausted me. When it wasn't even that hard. I stopped completely, but I'm trying to pick up from where I left as I feel it'll really benefit me to have that credential to live and work here.
But this course seems so interesting and intuitive.
Great work!
Thank you 💕
안녕 아드리엔. Thank you for another vlog! I hope you are doing well. I did try to learn some Korean myself but it isnt easy to manage a time. I need a teacher cuz at least I will know If I do things right. Mainly to be able to communicate if I will go to Korea and to watch K-dramas without subtitles. Thats how I learned English ( my native is Polish) Greetings
Love hearing your experiences!!!
I’m studying Mandarin which is extremely difficult for me, but ya know, 화이팅!
Omg mad respect for u bc that sounds so hard
I love how Daiso has so many affordable notebooks with cute designs to choose from as well as other stationery items. I'm learning Korean too (Polish as well since my family is from Poland) but finding physical book materials is very hard to come across. I usually look at the thrift store (Value Village) for language books and at the end of February I found a Darakwon Korean Picture Dictionary that was originally 18,000 won but I paid $3.99 plus tax for it. I wish my city (Windsor, ON, Canada) had a bookstore that specializes in language learning books/books in foreign languages and there's only one big bookstore in city but it doesn't have much language learning books, same with the libraries here.
i love it too!!! Such good affordable prices
I've been teaching in Korea for about three years now and felt a similiar push to challenge myself and learn the language. I took the first TOPIK1 exam back in January after about six months of self study and free weekend classes. Luckily, in Daejeon, the foreign welfare center offers free weekend classes in Korean. Maybe this is something available in Busan just to help ease you into the self-study flow. I was able to pass and get TOPIK level 2, and now I'm starting my journey to taking TOPIK2 and hopefully getting level 5. I know this test isn't the best measure of ability to speak korean, but it is something you hold yourself accountable to and to try you best on. Register for the test and start studying, that gives you a deadline and a fire under you butt! Once you do it, you'll have a good grasp of your learning and hopefully a good sense of accomplishment. You can do it!
I love that there are some great fee resources in korea to learn the language and so glad youre able to use them!!! 👏 totally agree i need to sign up for topik! Thanks for the motivation ❤
Now i wanna go back into studying also ! I kinda miss it but i can never find a way to stay study if that makes sense i last a week and that’s it 🫤
Same!!! Let’s hold each other accountable this time 💕
@@adriennehilll okay!!! We got this !! 화이팅!!
7:17 use the machine in korean too! haha its maybe awkward but if there isnt a queue try it :"3
Haha totally!
I have!!! And i reward myself allll the time lol
YAS👏👏💛

Love ina Chang, suzy + kimmy

I've been struggling with how to be able to start doing the exercises I need to do for my legs 😮💨
On top of the MS and diabetes they have found lymphedema in both my legs 😮💨 I am very unstable on my legs so I'm not sure what will work best for exercise for calming my legs down..
Apparently when you have a chronic illness you are more susceptible to other illnesses (blah) 😅
If you have any ideas that would be great 😃
I’m so sorry girl- I wonder if you can look into very very light micro Pilates movements for the legs that you can do sitting on a chair or laying down?
@@adriennehilll I can ask my PT if he knows anything about it and if that's something I can safely do 😀 thank you 😊
wow 5 years? i thought u would run away within 6 months when u came to korea first time and started at a very small place but it's already 5 years. i can't believe it
I cannot believe it either 😅
Hi Adrienne just checking in did Chloe have her surgery? If not, why did she have the little collar on ? Asking in much love ❤️ 💋💄💖🥰🐶
Consistency is the key to success…I miss seeing you and your bf, is he ok?
Yes!💗💗I’ll show him more maybe haha
말하기는 어학당이 더 나을 거 같은데요 받침 발음 고치는 게 제일 중요한데 어플로는 차이를 모르니까.
Seriously studying the native language of your significant other means that marriage is coming.LOL.
Why do you learn Korean?
Cuz she lives in Korea? Do you not subscribe to her channel? You would know if you did and why not. Did I miss something in your comment?
