Full-on conversion mod with a full, multi-part campaign and very challenging bossfights (in first-person no less, with the occasional classic top-down segments)
Fairies, the Gensokyoans themselves, danmaku-infused demons, two unique weapons alongside your original DOOM loadout, usable spellcards, and of course - _lots_ of danmaku - that mod's a basket case of goodies.
A splinter mod of it is one where you can call on the likes of Reimu, Marisa, Sakuya and 13 more others to help you clear out maps.

@@BlueBD not really, the manga sheds some more light on gensokyo and while there are visible deaths,( cough cough fortune teller, cough) it's still really tame, plus none of the youkai she fights die (faires might but they respawn and don't count)
