It won't because it's lacking synergies with the commander and some fundamentals 1) Izzet spell slinger deck is really hungry for blue and red mana generation and with only basic lands and 4 rocks it's not going to cut it 2) There's no need for prowess creatures when the commander can spit out 4/4 flying, prowess dragons left and right 3) In order to get Eris online asap, the deck needs to have a bunch of loot, mill and and instant and sorcery spells at higher cmc but lower casting cost (delve, split cards etc.) 4) Majority of instants and sorceries need to be around 1-2 mana to be able to double spell and keep up interaction 5) Creatures should be at low cost and provide high pay-off for spell slinging (e.g. card draw, cast reduction, extra mana)
Planning on building Eris. Looked it up on youtube to get some more inspiration.
