Was there a support brace for the tilted cab? Can't you fix the radiator? Desolder the header ends, solder or mig the hole, resolder the heads. Don't they teach that anymore

As far as i remember, those cabs drop away from the engine bay when jacked so even if the ram fails, its not going to crush anyone working on the engine.

A little rad weld would have done. I remember fixing a fuel leak in my truck while serving in Aden with chewing gum. Happy days.
