The jack foot is usually optional. You can use it like it is or purchase a foot or a pivoting wheel that fits there with a locking pin at Tractor Supply, Walmart, Harbor Freight etc.

nice trailer. I should've bought this one, but my tractor supply here in NC didn't have one at the time and I didn't want to wait for shipment. I did buy a 6X8 from tractor supply. They had their own notary. So I purchased the one day and took the trailer home. I went back the next morning to pickup the notary paperwork. From there, went straight to the DMV to register and title the trailer. I went with the multi year plate just so i don't have ever register it ever again!!!

Used trailers still hold their value. As long as they are taken care of. I was selling my old car hauler i bought it for $15,000. A guy told me he would give me $10,000. I laughed at him. I told him just go buy a new one. Two days later he came back asking if i was still interest. I was. He asked what i would sell iy for? I said $15,000 he bought it for $15,000. If the trailer is a good quality build, you got an excellent deal. Just for comparison, smaller good condition used 3500 lb MGVW trailers with a loading ramp in my area are expensive. A seller wants $2k for his 5x10 Another wants $2650 for a 7½ x 12 ft. Another is asking $2400 for a 6 x 9 ft. Still another wants $3800 for a 7 x 10. None have any improvements, still basic trailer from manufacturer.
