- Today we are cooking Vietnamese sizzling crepes, join me on my first episode!
Batter Ingredients
6oz Rice Flour
1 TBSP Corn Starch
1 TBSP Turmeric
1/4 TSP Salt
200ml coconut cream
3.5 cups water
1 bunch Green Onions/Scallions (white portion)
Filling
350 grams Pork
350 grams Shrimp
Bean sprouts
Mung beans (optional)
Marinade
2TBSP fish sauce
2 TBSP Sugar
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 bunch Green Onions/Scallions (greenportion)
4 cloves Garlic
Extras
Lettuce (Green Leaf or Butter)
Fish Sauce (Nuoc Mam)
Prep time: 10 minutes prep, 10 minutes cooking (plus 3 hours for batter to chill and meat to marinate)
