I am amazed at how people can speak without a larynx, until watching this video I had just presumed a valve had to be inserted during the laryngectomy. These folks can burp with a Scottish accent which is another miracle!
I don’t understand how they are speaking without using their hands as a vacuum to create the voice ? surely the hands free TEP didn’t excise back in those days ?
