In this video, we bring you Cove Park: Urban Space Management Container Residences on the West Coast of Scotland .Stay tuned to find out more about this modern container home. Cove park shipping container home provides residencies for visual artists, crafts people, writers, and musicians. When Cove Park’s artist residency programme is not in progress you can hire a pod or one of the cubes in the converted shipping containers. It is designed using six recycled shipping containers. The location delivers the spectacular views; situated on a 50-acre site overlooking Loch Long on Scotland’s west coast. Each unit provides kitchen, sitting, bedroom and bathroom (with shower) spaces. The en-suite accommodation units or cubes act as retreats where artists can get away from the big city and concentrate on their work. This single story development is made of six 8 foot x 20 foot containers to make residential artists. The studio units are installed on a slab foundation. Several sides are removed for interior space to accommodate a spacious bedroom, a small compact kitchen, bathroom and the living space. A large deck stretching the entire frontage of the house can serve as a spot to chill and enjoy a view on the river. The container home features huge double glass doors as the entrance to the home which offers both indoor and outdoor spaces, with beautiful gardens and native plants to provide a sustainable environment that soothes the soul. The container house is situated in an emerald-colored countryside, and is topped with an insulating layer of grass.
