    A different solution:
    The equation of (EF) is y = x/3 +1. if we name the coordinates of H xH, yH then
    xH² + yH² = 9 and yH = xH/3 + 1 so we end up with: xH² + (xH/3 + 1)² = 9 => 5xH² + 3xH - 36 = 0, Δ = 27², xH = 12/5 (the other solution is negative) and yH = 9/5
    HF² = (6 - 12/5)² + (3 - 9/5)² => HF = 6√10/5
    HC² = (9/5)² + (6 - 12/5)² => AC = 9√5/5
    cosine rule: HF² + HC² - 2HF.HC.cosα = 9
    We get cosα = √2/2, α = 45
