If there is one place in Mumbai where egg lover needs to go, then this is the one. We tried their Butter Masala Omelet, Boiled Egg Tikka and Egg Pulav and we thoroughly enjoyed it till the last bite.

Here's the recipe l, in case you curious viewers were wondering -
First Add butter, then a spoonful of butter, then to enhance the taste , add a dash of butterfat.
After sometime recollect your good memories with butter.
To pay homage to those memories, add appropriate amount of butter.
Wa-lah....your dish is ready. Add some butter on the side and dont forget to garnish with fresh butter.
Wait.... haven't you used fresh butter in the entire preparation?
If you're confused , which u likely are, bath the entire thing with butter untill you're free of any guilt.
Now, finally, your dish is ready to serve.
Note - Since we have the audacity to call this an omelette, add egg to taste.

walsertaler actually they are using margarin which is made of poor palm oil and other cheap oil by hydrogenating the oil.
In India Real butter costs 450 rupees per kg @ mrp and this margarin costs 100 rupees kg @ mrp.
