Only the small favorable fraction, 100 miles stretch from along her border with the U.S. has some 95% of her population. The rest is inhospitable. Just like Siberia as in Russia, their vast tundras have been no go lands for ever, centuries.
But most parts of Canada are unlivable due to extremely cold weather. US is the best place to live
