Duplicate the whistle slider, move the whistle slider frame to where you want it to be, rename the whistle slider values. For example, WhistleE2 instead of WhistleE for the 2nd slider.

I unfortunately cannot state how you can make it because it is a private script. But it does include the scrolling frames in the UI system.
