Hello, @Etacude, hope you see this message! I would love if you could make a video about regaining control of the class if things have slipped when it comes behaviour/classroom management stemming from factors out of one's control? Or a video of encouragement that it's not too late to start over? I started my first ever class (EFL 3rd and 4th grade primary) and had the best intentions to start off strongly, but things were out of control and were pear-shaped from day one (such as confusion with classroom I was supposed to be in, last minute group changes by my admins, students knowing about the mix-up and taking advantage of the situation, computers/projectors/screens/audio not working when needed...) things were out of my control despite my prior plans. I'm pretty sure I saw a #shorts video on your channel last week in which you mentioned that for you things didn't go as planned in the first day/week, or maybe it was another content creator, but cant find it in my watch history or anywhere! Maybe it was deleted or made private. Any feedback would be much appreciated! Thank you!
