  • I love the JEPI Income ETF but these five monthly dividend stocks beat it hands down. Find out why and get higher dividends. Go to meetfabric.com/joseph and start investing in your child's future today.
    The JP Morgan Equity Premium Income ETF JEPI is one of my favorite #monthlydividends but that doesn't mean there aren't drawbacks. In fact, searching for stocks that beat another monthly #dividend stock, I found five stocks that will not only put more cash in your pocket but also higher returns than the JEPI fund. I'll reveal those #dividendstocks to buy along with why you need an alternative to the JEPI including the newer JEPQ ETF that could offer higher growth.

Ideally, advisors are perfect reps for investing jobs and at first-hand experience, my portfolio has yielded over 350%, since the covid-outbreak to date, summing up nearly $1m.

    Scholars who study the stock market’s historical performance estimate that over time, the payment (and reinvestment, and compounding) of dividends have contributed anywhere from 30% to 90% of the S&P 500’s total returns. I want to spread across $400k into profit yielding dividend equities but unsure of which to get into.

    My dividend journey began when I realized that two particular expenses in my budget were always going to go up and never go down. The two expenses were taxes and insurance. I realized that the dramatic rise in both will need some added income. So, I started buying shares paying dividends. I can now see that this will be the path I need to take to make sure those two expenses will not overtake my future income.

It’s a good idea to diversify your portfolio across different stocks and sectors to minimize risk. I’ve heard of people accruing over $550k during recessions and inflation, its important to do your own research.

When I started properly monitoring my investments, I started to amass riches. The importance of professional mentoring cannot be understated. Without the right coaching, people are more likely to make errors and lose money.

    What if you made your own dividend stock by adding yieldmax to things?
    If you wanted Tesla with a 5% dividend.
    Tesla 100s = 19,500$
    TSLY 130s = 2080$ (9.6% of account)
    TSLY dividend at 130 shares = 977$ roughly 5% of your Tesla holdings.
    Because TSLY is unpredictable you may have to rebalance to keep it around 5% any. You could do this for the other yieldmax and their counterpart stocks

    Thanks - I started buying SCM soon after your previous recommendation. Hoping for a quick deep dip to load up. I like that it pays in the middle of the month, same as HRZN, O, and MAIN. Added JEPQ earlier in the year, also waiting for a pull back to my cost basis of $50, but I like it less than others because the distribution amount is irregular. My latest high-income monthly is XFLT, a CEF.
    Early on I was in QYLD, RYLD, NUSI....glad I learned pretty quickly that I didn't like the loss of capital (HUGE) but even worse, the shrinking div with the shrinking share price. Good lesson in due diligence, greed, position size, and loss acceptance.

    Gladstone Dividend Yield 8.56%, Annual Dividend $1.98. that means 40k give you 205.6 a month............

    • @loganstallone4675
      @loganstallone4675 Před 29 dny

      40k / 23.37 (current share price) = 1711 shares. you're saying annual dividend of 1.98 / share = $3387.78 a year. divide by 12 you get 282.315 a month and that's not even accounting a DRIP compounding rate. per month that's .706% on Initial investment. Annuity calculation of that with reinvestments comes out to $3522.47 a year assuming a non growing dividend and a price valuation of 23.27 and by the looks of it, it increases so you'll really gain more than that in asset valuation and dividends. I mean even the basic math of you said was wrong 1711 * (1.98/12) = $282.315 a month if you going to do math, try to do it right
