Lost zone is like BANISH in yugioh while discard pile is like graveyard So the thing with this deck is to banish (put in lost zone) as much cards as possible to do something with other cards
Correct, they are not tournament legal. The Magic Worlds decks were made from 1997-2004, they did a set of the first Pro Tour decks too in 1996. I have no idea what years they've made these for Pokemon.

These are like the World championship decks 04-08. Those are not tournament legal because of the back.
