Eines der besten Musikvideos aller Zeiten. Als Kind heimlich die lange Version gesehen und mich gegruselt .👍 Ghosts von 1996 ist auf dem gleichen Level wie Thriller.
Whatever else Jackson became later in life, this was him at his height for me. Between stuff like this, Moonwalker, and the entire Thriller album itself there was no shortage of amazing music.. but the performances! As a kid, I had this on VHS and after the video was over they showcased the making of with choreography and make-up stuff, it was so fun to watch. Growing up, this was my version of Michael Jackson, and the one I'll always love.
Thank you for uploading. This isn't as good as the original version--you can tell it's been through an a.i. upscaling algorithm--but for now watching this in 480p is the best we can do to preserve the original video. Big improvement on the "official" one. Such a shame that it's come to this, that music videos are being destroyed by labels in the stupid quest for "HD"
Hey, sorry to sound like an ass but you are aware its still the Original Video right? The Estate pulled the original Film Negatives and Scanned them in 4k. The HD Remaster is how it was meant to be viewed. The restrictions of Home Media Releases of Most if not ALL film and Music videos at the time hid what the Creators wanted the Viewers to see. Sorry but I Prefer Films and Short films (such as this one) Restored Faithfully to the Original Release.
After the release of Trading Places with Dan Aykroyd & Eddie Murphy that same year he made , John Landis airs Thriller on MTV he was wrong for he did to Vic Morrow on the set of Twilight Zone The Movie RIP MJ this is of the best music videos in music history what if Dan Aykroyd made a cameo in this music video as that 'Wanna See Something Really Scary'? monster from that Twllight Zone The Movie Prologue that Landis directed with him choking Albert Brooks in the car? because he worked with Landis when he made 1980's Blues Brothers and 1983's Trading Places he made that year he did Michael Jackson's Thriller
This "ai upscale" still preserves the atmosphere and mood John Landis and his crew put into the original work. The new 4k restoration washes out all the colors and atmosphere. How did you accomplish this upscale? I'm curious if it can be done for this obscure Franco Nero movie that just got a 2k Restoration.. but same as the thriller restoration.. the colors are washed out..
