Hey man, I am also a 36 year old Dad working on supporting a family, and my dad also recently passed away. You are doing a great job creating, and truly you are one of my favorite youtubers period. (I consume a LOT of you-tube) I am glad you're back and always grateful for your stuff, and very inspired, always. Thanks from Arizona! I am glad you are focusing on you and giving yourself grace. Take care of yourself, youtube will always be here.
Hey Phillip! The struggle is real, sorry for your dad. Thanks so much for your kind words 😊
The passing of a loved one is never easy, and it simply turns everything upside down, which leads to questions.
Your content is good and entertaining :)
Thanks!
What an important video! So important to remember that not doing your hobby when you don't want to is vital to keeping a hobby for a long time. You don't NEED to do a hobby every day. Life sometimes gets in the way with big stuff like grief and loss and sometimes you just can't be arsed and it's FINE. Much love to you and yours and sorry to hear of your loss.
Thanks so much, glad you appreciated it! 😊
So sorry for your loss. Sending hugs 🤗
Thank you for sharing these builds 😊😊😊
Thanks for the kind words 😊
@@dicedrinksanddadjokes you are welcome 🤗
Hey Adam, glad to see you getting back to doing what you love ( and what I love to watch ). Looking forward to running into you again and having a couple games. My deepest condolences for your mother.
Thanks bro! Yeah it felt so good to be crafting again. I just have to set aside time for it a bit more 😊
Sorry about your Mum. I lost mine to diabetes when I was 17, and my Dad to a falling accident when I was 27. I know the pain and loss. This past March I turned 53, a year older than my Mom was when she passed away. It will get easier in time. Not better, just easier. Just sticking with the crafting, gaming, and content creation is a must. You need the outlet, and something else to think about. That stuff is a great escape. What you did with nature's bits and bobs was perfect. Even if it did look like a bird's nest. Hahaha. Keep it up and you'll get through this. Baby Steps.
Thanks for the kind words mate and take care of yourself 😊
So sorry to hear about your mother. You made a nice little fall diorama.
Thanks 😊
Very nice to see you back your videos helped me through some tough times rip to your mum
I appreciate that, thanks buddy 😊
Sorry to hear about your mum :( but glad you are back. When I am lacking inspiration and just spinning my wheels, I have found making things useful for future me is a great way to get back in the groove. Doors, trees, fences, shingles, wagons, furniture, windows, docks, rowboats, will all be useful someday. My current project started when I watched an episode of Queen City Minis and she showed how to make brick strips. I had no inspiration and decided to try to make some using different materials, and boom suddenly I'm knee deep in another major project which I could never have pulled off without the brick strips method, at least with sanity still intact.
Nice one Brad! Yeah that sounds like a good shout. Just going for that walk and looking for materials got my brain churning ideas. Felt so good to be crafting again 😊
RIP to your mum. Thanks for giving us great videos.
Thanks 😊
'Touching grass' really is great for the soul. Sorry for your loss.
Haha thanks buddy
The wall and the tree look amazing. It's great to see you back. I'm sorry to hear about your mum. You have my most sincere condolences.
Thank you so much mate, appreciate the support 😊

Great video. It's so important to discuss three relationships between the hobby and MH. Wishing you all the best dude
Only 3? Haha thanks man
Thanks for coming back mate. The world is a brighter place with your videos in it. So sorry for your loss, can’t imagine how hard it must have been over the past few months.
PS that zorpazorp is brutal 😂
Thanks mate! I guess that makes me the Galadriel’s Phial of YT channels haha
Always good to hear from you. Sorry to hear about your mother, but always take time for yourself. Your videos are always great, and it's important to be comfortable taking a step back for your own mental health my man.
Thanks for the kind words mate! I will be trying to balance things a bit better 😊
Great to see a new video. Really sorry about your mom. Hope to see more from you soon!!
Thank you so much!
TREEmendous wee terrain piece. Glad you're back at it m8.
Just couldn’t LEAVE it alone could you mate! Good to be back 😄
Sorry to hear about your mum good sir. Can't be easy. I found living in that tiny craft space, focusing on a project was the best medicine for a scattered brain and healing heart. Hope you keep the channel going strong and take it easy on yourself in the interm. Love your videos, they've helped me alot. Thank you.
Thanks mate! Yeah getting stuck into a hobby project is great for emotional healing for sure 😊
Great to have you back very sorry to hear about your loss. Great location to get outdoors. I think I’ve been on that path some 9 years back. ❤
Thanks mate, truly appreciate your support!
Great to have you back Adam. Sorry for your loss. Well done for openly talking about the creative block, its not something that is often discussed on CZcams but these tips will definitely help when I get into another one. It happens to everyone no matter how motivated they are.
Thanks mate, I truly appreciate the kind words 😊
I think blasting the lichen with some brown spraypaint before flocking would have helped sell the look of both materials for the tree. As far as creative block is concerned: Depression can kill your creativity as well. So be kind to yourself. Do not to put yourself under pressure because of what is supposed to be a fun hobby.
Yeah I do think that would work well in hindsight. Cheers for the comment.
Sorry for your lose.
Nothing worse than a gloopy stringy mess... Good job turning that around. Looks bloody awesome mate.
Thanks James! Hope all is well with you mate
Greta tips sorry to hear about your mom passing. My mum passed last year also and it did slow me down a little too
Yeah its rough isn't it. Gotta keep on keeping on though 😁
@@dicedrinksanddadjokes living thousands of miles away in the states kinda made my grieving stranger I think, but then it’s always going to be an odd feelingI am inspired to bot bash though!
Sorry for your loss. I absolutely love your content, straight up some of the best in the hobby, here's hoping you keep trucking! 💪❤
Thanks for the support mate! Looking forward to making more 😊
My condolences on the passing of youre Mum. My thoughts are with you, i lost mine nearly 8 years ago now. Give yourself the time you need to heal. Getting out in nature is a great way too heal the soul.
I like the scratch build you made its very cool and captures the feeling of an autumal place.
Keep strong and put one foot in front of the other, even when i was at my hardest days i just kept going and it got easier each day.
Thanks for the kind words mate 😊
Very sorry to hear about your loss. You're videos are great inspiration for me when it comes to the hobby. The scenery turned out great!
Thanks so much, glad you enjoy them 😊
@dicedrinksanddadjokes Also never fret about any sense of obligation to keep cranking out videos when things get rough. Your videos bring a lot of good to the community, but it isn't worth any detriment to your personal life. I'd rather any youtuber I watch to be happy than to run themselves ragged for my entertainment. And I'd hope others would share that sentiment.
@yesmilord2350 thanks man! Unfortunately the algorithm is a fickle mistress that demands regular uploads. So yeah, if I am to turn this venture into more of a full time gig I have to try and please CZcams algorithm overlords 🙄
That being said, I totally agree with your sentiment 😊
Great tips! The terrain piece looks awesome! Sorry for your loss, that's got to be so tough to deal with. Always love watching your vids, your a force for good dude.
Cheers dude! Thanks so much for the cameo 😊
Condolences, it must be though losing the person who raised you. Hope you get your mojo back, your videos are always fun to watch!
Yeah its been rough and takes time working through it for sure. Felt great to be crafting again!
Sorry for your loss. Great to see you back.
Thanks buddy
Sorry to hear about your mum. Remember the good times! Great video, thanks for sharing.
Thanks so much 😊
Sorry for your loss. Your content has been great for ideas. Best wishes.
Thanks dude!
I couldn’t stop watching. I think I’m going to be late to my doctor appointment. Lol
Awesome vid, man!
Glad you enjoyed! Hope you're doing ok
@@dicedrinksanddadjokes Oh man, I have Covid. I had a feeling it was that but all the home tests kept coming out negative. Lol
@dartmart9263 oh no!!! Guess you’ll have to stay home and craft rather than going to work, what a shame haha
@@dicedrinksanddadjokes I’m retired, disabled now. But I wish I had the energy to do the smallest thing. Each arm weighs 100 lbs!
Ah man sorry dude ❤️
Terrain looks cool. I enjoy the videos and Sorry to hear the sad news. Look forward to the next video :)
Thanks very much! 😊
Sorry for your loss, Adam. Your channel definitely gives me inspiration for my wee hobby projects!
Thanks Tom! Glad to hear you find my channel useful 😊
Hey man, hope you are well. It's easy for hobbies to become just another job to do, especially if your income depends on them. Glad to see you turning that around.
Income? Haha that'll be the day! Thanks for the kind words mate 😊
I found writing a to do list was awful for motivation, instead just write down what you have accomplished with each hobby session, then you can easily look back at all the work you have done
Really good to see another upload from you man, my sympathies to you and your family as wel
Yeah it feels great to actually finish and accomplish something, just starting can be the hardest part. Thanks so much for the continued support 😊
Sorry to hear that. To be fair, hobbying has been my locomotive through tough times and I'm sure many people here can attest it is undoubtedly a therapeutic activity.
Absolutely mate, crafting is great for your mental health! Thanks so much for the support 😊
Love your terrain piece! Looks awesome! ❤
Thank you!! 😊
Sorry for your mom, I wish you to be strong in that moment and wish her to have lived the life she wanted. Good luck
Thanks for the kind words :)
Sorry about your loss... Know that your work goes around the globe, even in Brazil, and your mom is proud! Keep at it! Your work is awesome!
Haha yeah that's cool! Thanks for the support my friend 😊
Awesome channel, always exciting when there is a new video! Thanks for everything you do!
Thanks so much for the kind words! 😊
Sending love to you and your family, mate ❤
Cheers Rab! 😁
Love this Adam!!
Thanks mate!
I am so sorry to hear about your Mom…I was wondering why you havnt posted in a while! Take the time you need to heal. God needed her for something great. We as the community love your content but do whatever you need to do first. Again my deepest condolences. Turn to your loved ones right now!
Thanks so much for the kind words Alex 😊
Great lil piece! has a lot of fun flavour to it!
Sorry hear see you've gone through a tough patch, but know that we can feel the love you have for your craft and enjoy watching it!
Thanks so much mate, I truly appreciate the kind words 😊
Condolences mate,
Appreciate it mate
Another fantastic video. Sorry for your loss Adam, best wishes to you and the family through a difficult time, great to see you back and punching through the creative block. Easily my favourite channel, have been eagerly waiting your return, the love for MESBG and crafting fantastic terrain really shows. Can't wait to see what you do next.
Wow thanks so much for the kind words 😊
4:30 you made a Mirkwood tree. It just needs a giant spider in it.
That's not a bad idea actually! Might experiment further, thanks!
Kia kaha, buddy. Also, it really is beautiful out by your place!
Cheers mate! An actual comment from the doctor! 😁
He's back
Slim shady?
Wish you all the best
Thanks!
That nasty spray adhesive might look good as a spider web coverage.
Sorry for your loss.
That's a good shout actually! Perhaps that shitty first attempt would have done well as a Mirkwood tree. May just have to experiment with that, thanks for the tip!
Great video 👍
Glad you enjoyed it
Hi love your videos ❤
KitbashCarnage hear at the age of 31 iv recently got back into the warhammer/kitbashing community agen after taking 15year brake to pay bills and so on .
I have taken the leap head on and started a youtube channel along with Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok.
