I’m Thinking about getting one of these, they look like a lot of fun, I grew up learning to ride on a Honda ct70 (1970s). You could go anywhere you could point it except up a tree although I tried. But now I’m 6ft 2 in. Interesting fact- I did a comparison of this bike to the Honda CT125 trail bike. The wheelbase, engine, tire size, frame, and weight are exactly the same. Big adults have gone round the world on those bikes. Loaded to the max. And they cost 4500usd for a ct125 the XRM dual sport is 74000 php or 1300usd. What a steal, you could buy 3.5 XRMs for the price of the ct125.
That was the first bike I bought in the Philippines. It was very comfortable for a ride though the mountains for the day. I could leave it in first gear while stopped. Kick start with fuel injection? First time I’ve seen that.
@@ridingtheislandswithharro6581 if only the expressway laws lowers the minimum engine displacement (example 250cc), then the adv 350 could've been sold in Ph.
Thanks for doing the review on the XRM! Trying to decide between XR150 and XRM125 for island hopping and exploring/motocamping in the Philippines. Question on the XRM- you shift down to go up in gear? Do you cycle through the gears to return to neutral or how does that work? Thanks brother enjoying your channel very informative 🤙
Good luck choosing, the XRM gears are all down to top gear and all up to low gear. The XR150 is a wonderful bike with great reviews and approx p96000 here. It has a comfy seat and a rack standard so definitely checkout out. You can hire one here to see if you like it and you are welcome to try my XRM if you are around. Glad you enjoy the channel 🙏
Haven’t tried the long distance part yet but a mate of mine used to ride them for hours and never complained about the seat. He used to say you could see much more cruising along at 40 lol
Hi sir, just wondering where did you buy the hand guard for your honda motorcycle? I've been trying to find something like yours now for a couple of weeks and I'm just curious if you bought it online may I ask where did you buy it? Thank you

Nice little "masamoto". Only thing missing was a stubby holder. All thrills, thankfully no spills. Thanks for the review Harro.
Good call!
Nice bike 👍
Great video on a very popular bike, Informative but also entertaining.

Yep, kick start and fuel injected, great little all rounder
If only they sell this bike in Malaysia, that would be great....
We say the same about the Honda ADV 350! If they would only sell that in the Philippines

Enjoying your vids mate thanks for the good info it will help me pick my next bike for in the Philippines

For the price its actually a really good deal.
It really is good value.
So a flash Postie
pretty much
Looks ideal. How much does it share with the Honda Trail 125? Can accessories seap between them?
Have no idea to be honest but will ask
@@ridingtheislandswithharro6581 thanks. My nephew has the Trail 125 in Kurgastan. He has had problems finding parts.
Looks like that would be a decent ali around bike for exploring the Philippines. I wonder how it would be after 4 hours in the saddle?

@@ridingtheislandswithharro6581 I would think it would cruise at 65 pretty easy just from the sound of the engine on your video.
very cool what other displacments do they come in? 350?
Only 110 and 125 cc
changing gears looks the same as a road ranger - do you need to equalise road speed to momentum and engine speed - always love your content - cheers
Not really, you can just click away but of course if you accelerate it will depend on the gear you are in as to how the bike goes

I bought them on Lazada
I’ve seen some guys modify those to crotch Rockets with modified exhaust, probably doesn’t hurt the guy is also about 130lbs adding to the speed 😂
so true
I think you can buy a clutch kit for these.
oh wow ! I’ll ask around
