Wir gehen durch die Burgruine Honberg und dann nach Tuttlingen hinunter. Walking through the ruined castle of Honberg and then going downhill to the town of Tuttlingen at the Danube river in South Germany.

I have been to a walled city, i have been to a ruined castle on a hill, i have never seen a ruined castle in the center of a town before. This would be a fantastic place to visit. I really like the fall colors on the trees. Thank you for sharing.

This indeed is very pretty town. It seems that in Germany a l village or a small town goes hand in hand with either a Palace or a Castle, the latter's being up on a hill. Which adds to the charm of the village or small town that itself is dead gorgeous. Thank you Manfred.

Oh Manfred it's so pretty up there by that castle with the leaves changing colors. I would love to get up there with a thermos of coffee and a good cookie.

Kenne das ganze noch, bei Silvester, tief verschneit, schade das von der Innenanlage der Honberg so wenig erhalten blieb, bis auf das Hauptgebäude mit den beiden Türmen / 5:11 /.
