You have interrupt and pretty good damage in a huge radius and it's instant cast. The downfall is that it's aime, has long CD and it can be reflected. It's balanced in my opinion. Every E in the game has downfalls and strong sides. Maybe the most busted E is battle axe, it just has it all.

Eu uso uma build que consiste de 4 itens 100/100, arco, capuz, bota e casaco, se eu faço uma build de 5 itens que consiste em machado, capacete, bota, casaco e tocha eu ganharia em vez de 80% de fama amarela eu ganharia 100% por ser 20x5? Ou Cada item 100/100 da 5% e assim eu fico com 20%?
Mists are full of Meta and IP abuser players... They kill t4 players all day and when they see another 8.4 they run....99% of the IP player in the mists are noobs and wins only because they are with a better gear... I already killed a bunch of them 1v1, famous ones that you consider as a pro! I will keep doing what I do going out 6.1 and killing groups and challenging myself out of my comfort zone. If you want watch 8.4 players in the mists killing noobs get out of my channel!
