Fun fact:
This aircraft as Emirates Flight 407 suffered tailstrike and overran the runway on take off from Melbourne Airport with 275 people on board on March 20, 2009. The plane managed to lift up into the air then returned back to the airport with all the people on board were not hurt. Apparently, the plane was not travelling enough fast when the pilots tried to get this plane up. The pilot had miscalculated the aircraft’s weight. The pilots also throttled the engines lower than it should be. As a result, these 2 pilots were resigned from Emirates. This aircraft was repaired and it came back to service in 2009, unfortunately, it was retired and scrapped in 2014.
This video was recorded before this plane was retired.

21 hr delay on CX back in 2007 I was on that 747 from hkg-jfk lol they didn't operate the 777 there back then

Before that the B772 And B772ER Got Retired Around Late 2015 And Early 2016.
But In 2018 the B773 Got Retired.

Belgrade are long gone..Qantas uses Emirates to ferry their passengers on to European destinations. Other than that why would any one need to fly with Qantas or British airways.

i.ve been experience the 4 hours delay with emirates. it was MUC-DXB flight
How did they handle that?
since i was the econpmy passenger they giveaway some snacks during the wait. but in that time i was really nervous about my connecting flight to CGK and fortunately i'm able to make it with only 30 min layover time
