I really got freaking goosebumps when he started singing... This isn't music at all, is real art.
One of Eminem's best hooks... Really hits through my heart
Bruh i swear same thing happened to me
react to "leaving heaven - Eminem" its good and new
First time??
Umm, fam music is a form of art
He wasnt struggling with alcoholism, he was struggling with an aggressive addiction to sleeping pills, benzos, and painkillers. He overdosed and was rushed to the hospital and nearly died. Luckily he survived and has been sober for 12 years now.
He did do alcohol up until that point, but was never addicted. I think he stopped drinking after that. But in the Dr West skit Eminem references that he couldâve been addicted to alcohol from the way I interpreted it
Alcoholic and prescription medication user here. Em was on opioid and benzodiazepiene based meds. Probably the worse thing to stack in the drug world since they amplify each other's properties dramatically out of all other drug combos which can cause completely loss of breath, heart rate disturbances and loss etc. Glad Em is doing better.
Don't take his crazy, violent songs literally. His retrospective songs about his life and emotional songs, particularly about hailie are from a real place.
Slim shady is a character Eminem is a rappers rapper and Marshall is a human being itâs how I see it
@@Xxtrbblemaker It's interesting that he's maintained control, well since 2009 anyway, also when he battles is interesting because you get a merging of everything. DMX had the same thing going on, but then again that dudes upbringing was the worst of the worst. His persona's were full blown split personalities and was constantly battling between all of them.
@@truenme "His persona's were full blown split personalities and was constantly battling between all of them."
was this the same casa for DMX ?
I guess you could say so when looking back at some songs, RIP legend
@@tribopower unfortunately yes, he said on a couple of interviews that they were full blown personalities. Rest In Power !!!
@@truenme sounds a little like what hopsin is doing yeah? In modern times
That's it. No more emotional songs for you.
Mockinbird
Time for Slim Shady
false there's still a lot of Eminem's emotional songs: Mockingbird, Rock Bottom, Stan, The Way I Am, Beautiful, Toy Soldiers, Space Bound, and River.
Mockinbird
@@lefelong she's not prepared yet...
em has 3 personas. MARSHAL MATHERS makes us cry like it did to you here, SLIM SHADY makes us laugh with the funny and crazy things he says. and EMINEM makes bangers and great songs.
Eminem make u thinnk actually
His wife trying to commit suicide by slitting her wrists is true, that did happen, Eminem's relationship with his ex wife was broken and if you want to know the story please check: Kim, Puke and then Bad Husband.
Kim and Puke will be hard to take because of how violent and aggressive the songs are but Bad Husband is an apology for everything he did and the songs he made.
Basically it's like the same as Cleanin' Out My Closet to Headlights.
If you want to feel like a story these songs will work.
Also more story songs
Castle -> Arose
Stan -> Bad Guy
Donât forget 97 bonnie and clyde and hailies song too
Mockingbird is a great song n video too
Don't force her to listen Kim
@@achalsharma46 I'm not tho
Also stronger than i was
I had to cut up a little from the first scene because the video got blocked đ Sorry about that â€ïž
Try the song Kim by Eminem. It's about his wife
Eminem is still making music tll this day

React to Not Afraid
If im not mistaking the verse where he says "the plane he was suppose to be on crashes and burns to ashes" he was suppose to be on the 9/11 flights but he didnt go
Great reaction. You should react to mockingbird. That song is similar.
This song came in 2005 I believe, during a ~ 6 year period where he didn't release an album, and was heavily addicted to prescription drugs. He ended up overdosing in 2007, barely survived, and was sober since a couple months after that. To add to his the problems he speaks about in this song, his best friend and fellow rapper since high school, Proof died in April 2006, which caused his addictions to spiral further out of control.
When he came from his hiatus, he said he had to completely relearn how to rap. Like his addictions just sapped him of his talent. There are a lot of unreleased songs from the 2005-2007 period that got leaked where you can hear how drugged up or depressed/suicidal he was at the time. It's a shame, but a blessing he got through that lowest point.
All of the fill-in-the-blank-Anonymous meetings follw the same general format, but AA is the most well known, so its not a bad guess.
He released encore in 2004 and this came out in 2005
@@tomerart9544 I thought encore was 2003 and relapse was 2009. Close enough my point still stands.
@@Cripplified This is off Curtain Call.
I've always seen this as almost a suicide note...and this was 2005. He went on to remarry and redivorce Kim 2006, then his best friend "Proof" was killed 6 weeks later. Marshall completely fell apart, was suicidal, and ended up overdosing (but not intentionally). I'll never stop being amazed by how he found the strength to put himself and his life back together. Hes been sober 13 years now, has a Great relationship with his kids, brother, and all his long time friends. He's healthy, happy, and was the bestselling male artist of the 2010's (he was #1 Artist of the 2000's). He's just an extraordinary person! Love ur reaction!! Thank you đđđ
There's actually a song with his daughter, it's called "My dad's gone crazy". It's not emotional but I enjoyed the fact that he got his daughter to join him and bond over the song. I recommend it đ
We can aslo provide you the "ravenous" Eminem, the inspirational Eminem, the master of lyricism Em all you have to do is to let us vote again first for the "type" of Em and then the song
Funny Eminem

âI keep having this dreamâ thatâs the setup for all the stuff that definitely was in his head
There's different "types" of Em songs, he almost creates his own little genres within his music. Next reaction should be a funny/slim shady type of song, keep it up đđ
Please keep reacting to Eminem , he has so many albums and is a genius , love you videos , keep it up :)
Welcome to the greatest musical artist of our time. Don't quit now. It only gets better. He is literally the Mozart of rap
Eminem has 3 personas.
Slim Shady makes us laugh,
Eminem makes you think,
Marshal Mathers makes you cry.
This song, falls under the last one.
its fine to cry Hun. Everybody does :) Its kinda nice to see you showing your feelings. Agreed this song is really sad. I like it a LOOOT though.
This is so masterfully written and constructed, itâs actually crazy.
One of my favorite songs are castle and Arose.... I'm not much of a cryer at all but this song has made me cry a few times. But I think you'd enjoy them. But another highly underrated song is FINE LINE. basically talks about his struggles of being a superstar and not being able to do anything etc. Also. WALK ON WATER I think you'd appreciate
The pain in Eminemâs voice is on another level this song hits hard for so many different reasons
React "Stan- feat.Dido" is fiređ„â€
When I was 7, I so vividly remember my mom playing this song in the car and my uncle saying âthis can be your song for your dadâ and that was when I was able to get a clear grasp of the lyrics and I started sobbing on the spot. Now at 20 years old, I can say that Eminem helped me and guided me through toughs times in my life, as if the songs he made for Hailie were made for me. It was a great comfort.
This song speaks about Eminemâs dilemma between his two callings in life. He is a rapper and a father. loved your reaction. Welcome to the world of a STAN
This song hurts so much when he finally leave this world đđđąđąđąđ
EMINEM suffered from sleeping pill addiction, not alcohol. The song is about all he did to make this great life for his family, but not realizing that he was giving them up trying to make a life for them.
The fact that she knows to call his fans stans surely means a stan reaction is coming
He is one the best story tellers ever.... this song is a masterpiece. I still cry when I listen to it đ€·đ»ââïž
Welcome to the world of a real lyricist. So many rappers tell of their struggles and rough upbringing. This truth is the core of rap. Some is hard to understand because if you havenât been there, you wonât get it. But Em doesnât lie to you. The songs you get emotional to is BECAUSE you can relate to his truth. You have already felt it. So have all the other Em fans. He connects us together by sharing his story of struggles, heartbreak, abuse, addiction, confusion, rejection, loss, pain, joy, determination, stubbornness, triumph, success, pride, salvation, redemption, the unending love of a father,.
But the most inspiring thing about Marshal Bruce Mathers isnât that heâs Slim Shady or Eminem or the top selling, record breaking, most successful rapper of all time. No
Itâs that heâs still Marshal Mathers. He is one of the most humble, nicest guys youâll meet ( from all the stories they tell. Iâve never met him). Heâs inspiring because he never lost sight of the fact heâs a father first. He adopted Kimâs sisters daughter because she couldnât raise her due to addiction. Then adopted Kimâs daughter with another man because she was unfit as a parent.
And he loves them fiercely.
Not bad for someone who grew up under his conditions. So if a few of his songs get told by Shady well, give him some room to vent. Heâs only human.
Trust me, if you continue this, your channel is gonna be huge
You're so sweet, I'm really sorry you have to keep remembering your sister, but in a way, it's a good thing that you cry for her, that says a lot. And I'm pretty sure she's doing just what Eminem says in this song, looking down and smiling!
You now understand how and Eminem is so special since day one. He hits us and get to us so relatable and true, no sugar coating and creativity.
Portugal here for the Goat Eminem always since day one and forever. Thanks for reacting.
And react to Mockingbird, it is a masterpiece and you will feel it. I feel it everyday, goosebumps all the time i listen. One of my fav of all time.
The scene where sheâs piling boxes in front of the door reminds me of the last Christmas my dad spent with me, it was 2am and he was heading to the front door with his suitcases in hand and I was sleeping on the couch and got up when I heard arguing. I remember pulling on his suitcases and blocking the door begging him not to leave. This song embodies my childhood.
Mocking Bird has to happen next cause it show more to the story of when I'm gone, Its a good continuation that and its one that hits home for a lotta of people. I will say its very emotional
We're about to turn her whole world upside down..... Eminem - KIM
I donât think she is ready for that! Lol đ
đđđđđ
Can y'all imagine the reaction though?? lool.
Lol. In that case we should start her with 97 bonnie and clyde.
Kim will be too much to handle for herđđ
97 Bonnie & Clyde is Part 2 of Kim though o: she needs to hear it in proper order.
His songs can go from super offensive to intensely emotional without skipping a beat
Ive listened to this song so many times and every single time I've cried my soul out, especially verse 3
Slim shady us basically a darker eminem that shows up in some songs, like when he is angry or being stupid lol
You cry because you have a beautiful soul and there's nothing more beautiful than that.đ
Em is amazing
I've listened to this song at least 500 times (no exaggeration) and yet, you managed to make me cry lol I really appreciate that you are going in this journey.
If you ever listen to one of his lyrical masterpieces the translator in your head will have a meltdown lol
Wow this playlist of reactions is bringin me back to a lot of stuff. Gettin me all emotional and shit.
The sobriety is not about alchohol in his case, it's about quitting sleeping pill drugs (same stuff Elvis and Michael died from) The "mom's wrists are bleeding" line is real. His wife, Kim attempted suicide by slicing her wrists open after Slim Shady(Eminem on drugs basically) made a brutal song about killing her and released it on, what is now the highest selling hip hop album of all time and also performed it in a huge concert. "When I'm gone" is from around 2006 after he calmed down, if you listen to his first few albums between 1999-2002 you will know who is Slim Shady and how "Shady made him" but I'm not sure you can stomach it. I suggest you to react mostly to Eminem, forget these other artists for now, you won't regret it, this man's life story is incredible + your channel will blow up. New subscriber here, good luck, you seem like a very sweet and clever girl :)
Love Your Reactions!
Girl you made me freaking cry omg
Eminem can hit our Hearts fast with his Music and Lyrics.
I've listened to Eminem since I was 9 years old (im now 30) and ever since I became a dad last year loads of his songs have hit differently - When you became a parent life just chamges, for the best.
Very good reaction, keep up the great work
Its nice to see a fellow kpop fan listen to Em. Im an Em fan first (Stan) before I got into kpop just last yr. Em is one of the multitude of American hiphop artists that influenced kpop
As a stan....this is a proud moment for me ....
PLEASE react to âsing for the momentâ uncensored by Eminem. I know youâll love it tbh. Everyone loves this song.
drugs, pain pills sleeping pills and maybe alcohol. and when you pause a song, try to reverse it for 5 sec when you continue, so you wont interrupt the flow pattern
i like the genuine reaction so subscribed
I can feel like i'm hearing this song first time again cause of your legit emotions keep it up
Eminem is the best rapper from all time......look the way is music make you feel.đ

You made me cry watching this and wow your cat is so so adorable
Oh wow yeah, very emotional song... I can feel you, it gives me goosbumps too every time I hear it.... love your reaction:-)â€
Great reaction and this song is just 1 of many Classic Eminem songs/MV.
His words do paint a great image
Sad song but great choice.. As always đđđ
Eminem à encore frappé, meilleur plume de tous les temps. Le rap god
Even when I didn't like what Em was saying (especially at the beginning of his career), I respected him for saying it straight.
When you listen not just music, but masterpiece you will get emotional and start to sing along.
I followed you because of the eminem reactions but I stayed because you seem cool :)
To understand better who is slim shady you should react to some of his hardest tracks like: the way i am, kill you and soldier
(Dont watch the music video of the way i am cause it's censored and If you cut all the curses there's not much left)
When you started crying, I lost my shit too đ
I love your reactions! :D
I think you should do more Eminem reactions.
- Eminem : Beautiful
- Eminem : Love the way you lie
- Eminem : The monster
Okay, it's time for you to react to some of his funnier songs and decompress a bit lol
Agreed! Got to get a good balance!
yeah....lets name some for her or those interested
(1 ) Cinderella Man
@@Herculesx501 Really? From this to Cinderella man?đđ I really wanna see it. Then let her listen to FACK after that.
@@joelalex heheheh yeah....i really love cinderella man cuz its super dope and yeah, FACk should be number 2 xd
definitely lets do fack aha
Im a a full blooded metalhead, you couldnt get me to listen to anything else these days, except Eminem. Eminem was that ONE artist i got into as a kid thats stuck with me to adulthood, and is fully worthy of the title of an artist.
Awesome video. Drinking was one of things he suffered with, his main addition was pain and sleeping pills, also methadone. But he's clean and sober now. His music helped me so much, it got me through my addiction.. It was nice being able to relate and reflect to him and his music.
Slim Shady, Eminem, and Marshal Mathers are the same person.
Personifications of him/his mental state/career.
Each of them doing a different thing in his music.
Subscribing for these awesome raw Eminem reactions
The chorus always makes me cry too lol. My dad died when I was 6, this song really makes me think of him, sad af
When Eminem dies this song will go around the world. Great reactions, you made me tear up a little bit (this song hits close to home)
The song is basically about his fame and his career became his addiction and it caused him to not be around as much for his daughter and his fear that when he is gone that she didnât think he loved her as much as his career but ultimately he realizes what is really important thatâs basically the story of the song
you donât need to guess his story he will tell it in his songs
and when he is serious it is real
he is brutally honest
they meant songs where heâs just rhyming having fun
You should do Guts Over Fear. The inspirational Eminem.
The way you cry at his lyrics just shows how powerful his lyrics first genre I was really introduced too was rap and the first rapper I was introduced to was Eminem and now I'm only 19 I'm not as big of a fan as people older then me but I've been a big fan since I was really little the way you cried lowkey gave chills I like the open-mindedness in your videos we need more of that
Aww this song makes me emotional too. đ„șđâ€
Great reaction
Next react to Stan (PLEASE search the explicit version of the clip, the censored version makes you loose so much of the song) and Bad Guy, it is a sequel to Stan.
Also Castle is a great song, Arose, Bad Husband, Mockingbird, Beautiful, Not Afraid, Lose Yourself, Mr. Mathers (skit) and Deja Vu (both together because the skit Mr. Mathers is a prequel to Deja Vu), 25 To Life (there's a nice twist at the end and shows you how not to take everything Eminem says at face value)
Legacy is one song I really like because I'm a person with Asperger's so I can relate so much to what he says, that song like hit me like it was made for me...
I'd like to add "Spacebound", too. And if you take the "not at face-value": How about "Farewell"?
At his early rapping career he released Infinite album where people said he sound and Rap like Nas... And they don't buy him .. so he created his alter ego known as slim shady and rest is history...
This song still gives me goosebumps
A very deep and touching song about many different subjects. Even though he is a very famous person he struggles with things in his life as we all do. We all can relate to that. Maybe not the exact things obviously but we have all been hurt in some way or another. He has the gift of putting into words what we have all felt. That is why u cry, because u can relate. That is why we all đą
Going through changes by Eminem is another that will make you cry
hope you keep doing em reactions!! love how genuine you are đ em was a pill addict. and yes kim did attempt suicide
turn on the subtitles so that your fans from Brazil can watch please, in Brazil we love eminem he is my biggest idol
Great music provokes an emotional response and you discover more each time you listen to it like looking at a great piece of art work. This is Eminem enjoy
I don't care what anyone thinks, Eminem was, is, and will forever be a lyrical OG.
This Song Always makes me cry, my dad died 6 years ago when i was 24. It's still hard without him đ đ
Next - stan â€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž
If you want to cry even more, check out going through changes, he wrote it after his best friend proof died đđ
I feel, u r so much into his lyricsđđđ
I love how emotional you get . Ditto
I miss rappers like that all from the soul a true poem
One of my favorite em song....
