I have made some charactures with plasticine but they are covered in finger prints. How can I avoid this?

You can usually treat the surface my gently smoothing/petting the clay with a plastic bag (small ziplock) pulled tight around your finger. Its a good idea to attach your forms onto a wire so it can me maneuvered without touching the clay. Temperature is also a factor with plasticine, so try to work the surface in cool environment. Good luck!
