yes correct, it was 3 days high rain from tropical cyclone storm before, landslide and flood dominated including this location. The operator was checking the dirt by jacking the bucket before he crawling down, just 30 minutes working, water and mud flows out under the dirt then sinking the excavator. Thank you for watching.
