While I have issues with the PSP version's music changes myself, this version was never in the original game, it's a remix version from the soundtrack. :)
lakupo Quite sad, since this version is my personal favorite.
It just sounds so much like a piece of classical music, if you close your eyes you can just imagine this as chamber music, playing as you sit and chat with friends in a fancy room from the 1700s.
I need to know who arranged this, cuz if Shoji Meguro did, then he's got a nice range of genres

@@nobletohru Naoya's earring, Tatsuya's lighter and Maya's doll aren't means by which personas are summoned either, Persona in 1 and both 2's are summoned via the "persona game", the afore mentioned items are just important symbols for the characters, whether or not they summon personas is irrelevant.

It's just you alone versus the big bad, reduced to his human form, both of you have no SP, it comes down to an exchange of blows. As the words of all your friends sound off in your head, you player is constantly charged up, dealing more damage until all their words form into one, giving you enough SP to perform your ultimate move

Yonk the ending of ffvii has the main character and the main villain 1v1 against each other, your super meter builds to full while the stare off at each other. You then pop your most powerful move, whether you actually unlocked it in game or not, which is a large series of attack that do insane damage and you win.

This is just gorgeous. I have the original soundtrack and the original PS one game in its wrapping. I have another that I have played. It was not the best game in the series, but very different from anything else at the time, and got me into the Persona spin off of the MegaTen games. Now I have them all, and I collect anything and everything SMT related. I love this version of the aria...thank you kindly for sharing.

A few years back, I decided to finally give into my friends' constant insistence that I needed to check out the Persona series, so I started with P4G on the vita. Safe to say I was hooked without much effort....and found myself wishing I had started playing it during all the Psychology classes I've taken since high school. Since then, I've finished the Male campaign in P3P and the entire story mode of Arena Ultimax, gotten a Platinum trophy in P4D, and started reading the manga adaptation of the first game, playing P5 and PQ, watching the various anime adaptations, and purchased the portable remake of the original and Innocent Sin on my vita, the former of which I'm definitely looking forward to starting once I finish the current game I'm playing on my vita.
And if and when the opportunity presents itself, I'd definitely like to look into the main SMT games. Speaking of which, I wonder which installment would be a good starting point...
Thank you for the suggestion! I think I remember seeing SMT 4 on the 3DS eshop. Depending on how often it goes on sale, maybe I'll be able to get it even sooner than expected!

Actually, there's already a Bach piece which sounds very similar, the Trio sonata in E minor - Andante (BWV 528). Both pieces are in B minor, uses the Circle of Fifths progression, and have a relatively slow tempo.
