TERMS & CONDITION
● Any further increase in the air fare due to an increase in the fuel Price, change in Government regulations, taxes,
etc. charged by the airline will be borne by the passengers itself. Guruji In Action will not be held responsible for the
same.
● If you buy Land package then you have to reach Hotel in pattaya on 25th Feb 2024.
● Land Package does not include any flight and Airport Transfer.
● TCS will be deposit in your PAN Card.
● Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to the departure.
● The package does not include visa on arrival fees, you have to pay by yourself for the same on the visa counter.
● This package does not include Lunch or Dinner.
●Hotel Room will be in sharing basis, and first come first serve.
● POOL PARTY included One Welcome drink to each person.
● The package does not include any expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food, drinks and other things not mentioned in the itinerary.
● Standard check-in time is 1400 hrs. And check-out time is 12 noon. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to
availability.
● Insurance is suggested for every booking. Cost of insurance depends on our group members, during their
duration of stay. They can buy travel insurance from Policy Bazar or any other insurance company or site.
● If any security charged at the hotel premises during stay have to be borne by the customer itself.
● If any of our group members deport from the immigration department we will not be held responsible for any of our group
members deport from the airport itself. We will provide you the return ticket, hotel booking along with the itinerary and an arrival
departure card will be provide by the airline itself, which is required to be shown before the immigration department as and
when required, the immigration department has the right to deport any of our members due to your behaviour, or d ue to lack of money carrying with you or due to visionary plan that you have failed to explain at the immigration counter.
● We will not be held responsible for any of your belongings loss in transit or you have left in the airport belt or in
hotel rooms, therefore its your responsibility to take care of your belongings along with your passport and necessary
items.
● Flight from Kolkata doesn't have any checkin luggage, it allow only 7 kgs of hand luggage.
● As per the rules of all the travel agents that we are not providing breakfast in day-1. So its necessary to arrange
your breakfast for a first day itself.
