    Thank you, thank you, thank you for this tutorial! My husband bought me my very first Cricut a few days ago. I have tried and tried to figure this machine out, to the point that I was ready to return it. I came across your channel and watched this tutorial. I followed your exact instructions and they came out beautiful! I am now excited on creating my own stickers. I will binge watch more of your videos and see what else I can learn. Thank you so much for doing this video.

    Cool beans! I love using my planner and now that I know how to make stickers I can customize what I want on them instead of spending lots of money on ones that are already designed, some of which I don't even use! Thank you Bethany for this tutorial! I will be referring to it often as I design my own stickers!

    THANK YOU!!! Best tutorial on this process that I have seen. Very concise. Just step by step without jumping around and doing a bunch of things that aren’t needed and explained what each action actually does. Like the flatten takes the cut files and turns them into the print then cut and that the attach action puts it where you want it on the page when you go to make it. No grouping and un grouping, no select all then unselect layers to flatten. Ugh! I was having so much trouble and now it’s just click, click, and I have what I want. You have made this so easy!!! I kept dreading it because I was trying to do it the way people said in other videos. I kept thinking ‘there has got to be an easier way to do this’. Turns out there is…THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I already almost have the design finished. You are the GREATEST!!!! I learned so much. I have actually Subscribed and turned on notifications for your channel!

    Hello Bethany. There is a project on my heart that I’ve been wanting to make desperately but I just can’t seem to wrap my brain around where to start. I have been wanting to make “Custom Bible Tabs” for my Bible. I want to use a digital paper pack from Etsy and have my Cricut Maker, or Joy, cut the book names from rose gold foil HTV to iron on the tabs. My heart REALLY wants the rose gold foil lettering. You are my most favorite crafter of all time and I trust you and your ability to make thoughtful and intentional gifts. Hence the reason I watched almost EVERY single one of your videos looking for something to help me…
    I know this will be a labor intensive project, but one that’s on my heart and one I’m ready to tackle. I would LOVE & APPRECIATE any tips and/or advice you could share 💝
    PS: I received my Sawgrass SG500 about 2 weeks ago!! Looking forward to more sublimation projects from you 🥰
    Sincerely,

      Hey! So as long as the stickers were made by you or you bought a license to sell a certain amount of them then sure!
      If you’re talking about Design Space, they have an interesting policy on reselling their designs (has the green C next to it) if you are subscribed to the cricut access. I believe it’s called the Angel Policy so please look that term up if you’re considering it!!
      Happy crafting!

    Firstly, you video is amazing! After watching a few time, I decided to give my Cricut another shot. Its been sitting in its box for a few years because none of my stickers ever came out right. So, I put it back in its box and put it in the corner and it was sitting there for at least 3 years. I had originally bought it as a replacement for my Silhouette Cameo that died on me and getting another one was not in my budget. I have no clue what I’m doing wrong. I followed all the steps in your video and it still didn’t cut the sticker images right and cut right through the sticker paper. I’m at my wits end with this machine. Do you have any advice? If not, is anyone looking to purchase a practically new Cricut Explorer Air 2?

  • @crescenthoshi
    @crescenthoshi Před 2 lety

    I’m not sure if this was answered in the video or not, but my cricut has been cutting out every sticker sheet really off-centered. For example, it’ll cut out a sticker too far down, and too far to the right, so there will be white space and the bleed included in the sticker and the sticker design gets cut off. Have you experienced this? And if so, how do we fix this?

    • @Bethadilly

I wanted to ask you if I could use another blade than the one you said cause the maker only comes with two, the rotary and don't remember the other one but its not the one you mentioned here. And another question is what is the exact measurement of the sticker and how much can I put in one single page....I made a complete disaster, although I aligned them as you said and attached them....please help¡!

    • @Bethadilly
      @Bethadilly  Před 3 lety +1

      You will use your fine point blade for this project and the stickers are 0.5 inches round. I can't remember the exact number that fit on each page but I go through that in the tutorial, so you may just want to skip ahead to that part and rewatch for how I did that. Have fun!

    • @Bethadilly
      @Bethadilly  Před 3 lety +1

      @@alexandragarciabaudrit5835 It's hard for me to know what's going on, but if your blade is cutting through the sticker and the sheet below it then it would be too much pressure. You could try using the "Less Pressure" option in the cutting screen and trying again.

      Congratulations on your new machine!! That’s so exciting! I am not sure why you are being charged and that’s a question for Cricut. I have always had Cricut Access so I’m unfamiliar with the payment screen since I pay annually. I’m sorry I can’t be of more help!

      How about drawing the symbols with the markers, then cutting the shape you want?

      @Bethadilly  Před 4 lety

      Hi Rhonyha! You're correct, the Joy does not support print then cut projects. I agree with Lisa, you could create your stickers with the Cricut Joy pen and cut them on the writable label vinyl! That would be amazing! Plus, you could color code your stickers by using different colored pens!

      Hi - I’m not overly experienced with my Cricut (maker) but you can set to use less cutting pressure &/or edit your material settings. Hope this helps!

      You could always make them with vinyl! You would just have more shapes than pictures!

    Hi there, I’m trying to make sticker labels to put on bath and body work hand sanitizer for bridal shower. I created a whole image for it but I’m going on three days to try to print and cut. My main issue is it’s taking at least 45 mins to load. It says my image is large but it takes forever. Also when I try to cut the image it’s cutting the inside as well when I only want the outside cut. I attached all once I got my rows and then I select flatten. Can you help

    • @Bethadilly
      @Bethadilly  Před 4 lety

      Hi Kaylene! Your idea sounds wonderful! You may want to try restarting your software and trying to only cut one or two labels at once. It’s hard for me to know what’s happening, so I’d recommend contacting Cricut for further technical support. I hope it begins working for you soon and have a wonderful bridal shower!
