    Nice fucking upload! This and all the others-thanks! I’m finally reading his Making of the English Working Class which is just about as good as any great 19thC novel. Seriously.

    the change from "dirty" to chartered" is crucial a charter grants rights but it also is exclusionary --it leads perhaps to the whole Paine Burke controversy or perhaps the differences in conception of magna carta between Lilburne and Walwyn

    down in hell , bottom, pit, beaten down etc

    11:30 "triple repetition of mark". Errr, repetition is where there are two of them. When there are three marks, that is at best a double repetition. At best, as a double repetition could arguably mean four marks. Red thumb.
