500g Beef Mince
1 tsp Lamb Seasoning
1 tsp Everyday Seasoning
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp White Pepper
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp Oregano
3 - 4 drops of Maggi Liquid Seasoning
Pinch of Parsley
2 tsp Chopped Garlic
1 Small Chopped Onion
1/4 tsp Garlic Granules
1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
For Sauce:
1 1/2 tbsp Tomato Puree
1 Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
500g Passata
1 Beef Stock Cube
1/2 tsp Parsley
For Bechamel Sauce:
50g Butter
50g Plain Flour
600ml Milk
Pinch of Nutmeg
Pinch of Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Handful of Cheddar Cheese
Extras:
Fresh Lasagna Sheets
Shredded Mozzarella
Cooking Time:
Bake at 170c - 180c for 20mins or until golden
