Do what you enjoy, and don't feel like you owe the community anything. You've certainly established yourself as one of the greatest taming youtubers and players ever, and it's only natural to want to move on after all this time.
About the problems you discussed, I can only wish you the best in overcoming them. If I were you I would focus fully on that, and only coming back to youtube once you truly enjoy it and are motivated to make videos. With mediums like this it's never good to force yourself to create, and the desire should come naturally.
PS: I personally really like your older videos primarily because of the heavy editing that syncs with the music, but of course such attention to detail can really make the editing process long and boring so I understand wanting to move away from that. That's just my opinion though, you be you

*Btw there's some stuff that I think could help u with ur health:)*
- Do some running in the early morning
- Take a bath
- Eat):) Protein would a lot in building meat and muscle, I suggest a protein shake (it does an excellent job in improving ur digestive system;)) or u can replenish it with some eggs (especially the yolk) and meat/fish
- *Try to reduce the number of sparkling beverages u drink (better if u not drinking them) cauz they make ur growth slower;-; (like Coke, Pepsi...)
- Take at least 1/4th time of a day for urself:)
- Play a sport or gym bc they are pretty relaxing and entertaining when playing:)
- Read books (Watching some stuff on the internet is great, but u may want to create a habit of urself reading books b4 nighttime)
- Sleep at least 6-7 hours(or 5), u might want to take care of ur time b4 having a job bc it would be really tired
- Set goals every day and keep track(:
- keep up the work with boxing, ur gf, ur time, ur beatbox, ur channel (and I would really suggest u have more friends on this theatre for opportunities in collabs)
