It’s weird. I got mine today and I had 3 batteries total. I am not sure if it’s normal.

I'm a newbie on this. What's the difference, the pro and con inregard hub vs belt. As I have some steep hills, ... how about hill climb and certainly also brakes difference between the two ?
Please, company customer service, pre sale, etc.?

For hills get belt drive. Just has way better torque for making it up hills and inclines. ✅

@dronecamps Thx. What about braking system on both ? Can you go down a relative steep slope (hill) and really brake enough to slow you down to a stop in the middle or do you keep rolling slowly ?
Other question, can you free push on both when batt is down ?

Yeah no probs but free push is hard.

How might it handle with a dog and slowing down, say a Husky who wants to keep going?

Btw my first real board was a Powell-Peralta also after my plastic yellow banana board where I mastered the art of nose dives to the pavement.

Ha man. As long as he doesn’t cross in front of you the board can do 28mph! Should be fast enough ;)
