    Can you tell me what kind of fabrics are used for sewing?Please

      You can use cotton or cotton lycra for the top, those are most common but there's so many options! Velour or performance pique are good too.
      For the inner you'll want an absorbent material like bamboo fleece, but flannel can be used if you can't order bamboo online.
      Then a waterproof layer (PUL) for the backing, and optional is another backing layer outside the PUL to stop slipping

    Where do you get your bamboo fleece from? I can’t find it at Joanns

      I use bamboo fleece (or bamboo French Terry more so now) and I've never been able to find it in store, I an in NZ though. I buy mine from Greenbeans NZ, but they have international websites too!

    What's the difference between the heavy flow ones compared to the light flow ones? Is there just an extra layer of bamboo fleece?

      Yup that's how I do it 😊 for the heavy ones I also sew an extra line down the middle to help with heavier flows absorbing into the core.

    I'm thinking of making it myself since the price of these are too pricey
    May I ask what's the core fabrics you are using?

    How do you put the bamboo fleece layers do you do the smooth side facing up or down? And do you have a link to where we can purchase these pads?

      I put the fluffier side of the bamboo against the cotton topper as I find it gives a bit more grip while sewing. And yes I have my website with some ready made ones 😊 youandfynnnz.myshopify.com/?_ab=0&_fd=0&_sc=1

    Do you make your own labels?

    • @youfynnreusables8976
      @youfynnreusables8976  Před 3 lety

      I order them from a NZ small business 😊 Labels By Shelley. Not sure if she ships internationally but there are other sellers on Etsy etc for labels!
