This show randomly popped up on my feed, seen J., clicked play and it was definitely a very good watch. It definitely gave me some insight to who J. actually is, his back story and just how major he is in the music business. He's literally like a silent killer in the music game. Would love to hear more about his decision and transition from artist to exec cause when I hear his voice on Tank's Slow....🤯 Great decision Tank made to put him on the 2nd verse.

J. Valentine is definitely a “Unsung” that should happen sooner than later. He has an amazing life story that should be told and he’s not done with being great. Glad to see that he’s so grounded and happy given some of the things he’s been through. Keep rising and shining 🫅🏾Can’t wait to hear and see more great music and projects etc🌟

J's recount on building his bike business is fascinating. Very creative, smart and quick on his feet for such a young age. I disagree on being able to acquire leadership skills later in life though. I think anyone can gain strong leader qualities based on observation. If we step back, we can assess what is needed to improve our approaches towards our goals.

To hear the backstory of his upbringing and journey to success is amazing and definitely appreciated. Tough road but victorious mentally, physically, and emotionally. I loved this interview. It just happened to show up in my feed. I watch R&B Money and I've been hoping we would get a J Valentine interview. This was groundbreaking! As for the question of can leadership be taught, I think the skills can be taught, but I think true leaders are born. You can usually tell who the true leaders are. It's something about their confidence that seems real and not a facade. The CEOs that kiss tail and brag and have those "look at me" personalities because they know they don't REALLY have what it takes-Cocky. Examples of true leaders are Lebron, Magic, JayZ, Nipsey Hussle, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, and Jay Valentine. Great Show. I'm interested in seeing a few more.

Right......management can be taught not leadership. You either have it or not as a leader. You can improve as a leader but the characteristics are inside you or not. Big differences between the two and many people say them interchangeably.
