There are soo many people in the world who just write people off as crazy instead of understanding that there are causes to most of the "mental health " issues a lot of people have, some are genetic, and some are developed from traumatic experiences, and other things people go through in life. A wise man said, there are also generational curses that are passed down from parents, and other relatives, there are spiritual things happening to a lot of us, but if you are not spiritual you wouldn't understand that everything is spiritual because we are spiritual beings. Love you Coco, and please keep being honest, and real, we need that. Watching you be happy does something awesome in my soul.

Im glad you talk about your mental health and advocate for ppl to take care of themselves. I was a Corpsman (Medic) in the Navy. I had hella shipmates and Marines who committed suicide because they felt they didnt have support for their mental health. The wild part was having to put toe tags on ppl you cool with, fly into and airport, where their mother had to greet their childs casket. After 15 years, I got out and started therapy myself. So I def commend you for speaking out. Its needed. 🙏🏾👑
