I love this series. Janella and Alodia admitting undergoing these procedures are normalizing admitting to doing cosmetic procedures and make things relatable to the ordinary woman. I'm not saying that we should aspire to afford and undergo these procedures but the fact that they admit that they had something done to achieve the results, that's the relatable part. Kudos to Janella, Alodia and Dra. Belo. If it's your money, you're not hurting anyone else and it will make you happy, then go for it.

you can minimize those fats with proper diet and weight exercise.. cardio isnt enough to target those fats unless intense cardio like boxing that youre really targeting the abdomen... but if you dont want to discpline ur body and u have money and saving time this is best.

after the lipo, her tummy looks like plastic na. meron shadowy parts around the bellybutton area. is that supposed to go away or normal result yan sa lipo? parang loose stretched skin. hope alodia did not regret it deep inside.
