Ingredients
・Pisco Portón: 30ml
・Homemade Aromatic Shrub: 30ml
・Cocchi Americano Bianco: 10ml
・Fresh Lemon Juice: 15ml
・Egg White Powder: a suitable amount
・Homemade Apple Bitters: 4 drops
・Mango Powder
・Edible Flower
Homemade Aromatic Shrub Recipe
Combine orchid syrup, lavender syrup, elderflower liqueur, dry chamomile, dry sherry, champagne vinegar, and powdered citric acid.
Homemade Apple Bitters Recipe
Infuse apple brandy with cinnamon, large dry raisins, and toasted cinnamon sticks.
Preparation Method
Fill a glass with ice to chill.
In a mixing glass, combine Pisco Portón, homemade aromatic shrub, Cocchi Americano Bianco, lemon juice, and egg white powder. Blend well.
Discard the ice from the chilled glass. Pour the mixture from step 2 into a shaker, add ice, and shake.
Strain into the glass, add homemade apple bitters. Sprinkle with mango powder and garnish with an edible flower.
