Straight guys are EVEN MORE stigmatized for wearing nail paint/makeup, they are 'supposed' to look a certain way by society. "Be who you are" implies literally being who you are, for ex - be straight and feel free to experiment with looks, hairstyles and nail paints still, even if the world judges you. This phrase is associated with the LGBTQ+ community but it is not exclusive to them of course.

That chocolate thing happens when you overheat the chocolate. Some air bubbles start to form and the chocolate turns into small balls of sort. So frying the chocolate insuch a thin layer of momo crust might've caused it to become like that.
EDIT: I tried it. It tastes amazing with ice-cream
