    9/5/21 edit:
Right click each clip > Audio gain: Normalize peaks to -3 dB
Put this preset on an adjustment layer above your whole comp. (Maybe with your color grade):
Denoiser plugin(Now adaptive noise reduction): reduction at -15 to -18. Switch to high quality mode before you export
Dynamics: 6:18 enable compressor, soft compression, he sets his threshold to -30 and the ratio to 4.5, makeup to 12 dB you'll have to fool around with your values
Mastering plugin: Enable low and high shelf, lower front end to get in smooth, boost the middle and he likes to raise the end for a sharp end to his speaking patterns
Bass or treble boost: see what sounds good with your voice
Make sure once you're done you save your settings into a preset from the animation tab so you don't have to do these steps each time.

    Excellent Video -
    0:00 - Introduction
1:29 - DB monitor meter - make sure your audio is consistent with other videos around -3
    db
    2:26 - Right Click > Audio Gain
    3:05 - Denoiser
3:47 - Compressor - Makes the quieter parts louder - gives radio voice - don't go
    overboard
4:41 - Dynamics Preset Effects - leave at soft compression - use "-30 db for the
    threshold, 4.5 for the ratio"
    6:18 - Dynamics Preset Effects - Makeup = 12db
7:31 - Mastering: Effects > Mastering, click edit, preset = subtle clarity, click
low shelf enable, high shelf enable
8:02 - Mastering: pull the high shelf up to give top end sharp sound effect
    8:32 - Add bass or treble > Effects - trebble = 7 db
9:23 - Saving a preset, click each effect, right click, save as preset, type = scale,
preset name = AUDIO (OR VIDEO FOR VISUALS FOR ORGANIZATION). This will now be
    under preset folder under effects
10:26 - Selecting multiple clips to apply the preset to after applying to only one
    11:04 - Conclusion

Help! I cant figure this out! When I click Audio gain on my clip it tells me I have a peak amplitude of negative infinity and everything else is 0. When I "normalize all peaks to -3" the audio actually gets quieter, and it's too quiet to begin with! What's going on here?
