2/2 Whether it's harassment, nuisance calls, misuse of a communication device or whatever you or the police want to call it, it DOES NOT change the fact that he's getting what he deserves, and because the police aren't making sure justice is served it's now up to me and other people he's victimised.

When I was assaulted by robbed by somebody I thought was my friend I reported it to the police and all they did was keep it on record, because they did nothing else I contacted this person myself demanding back the money that was taken from my wallet after I was punched, he went to the police and reported it as harassment and I was told that I'd be arrested and charged if I contacted him again.

1/2 I couldn't prove that he robbed me but I had the cuts and bruises on my face to prove the assault, the officer I spoke to said he was familiar with that person having arrested him before and said he'd been convicted of similar offences over the years (that's plenty of proof as far as I'm concerned) but the police still didn't do anything.
Also, yes because he assaulted and robbed me that gives me EVERY right to contact him and demand back what's MINE.

aarodjsmash riding a bike without a helmet is a crime? Their job is to enforce the law what do you expect? Riding without a helmet holds more consequences when things go south than you think. Go on a ride along mate, experience the shit cops deal with on a daily basis. hopefully it will change your pessimistic attitude towards the NZ Police.
