    Thank you very much ❤. We are waiting for your upcoming videos about SI and PI and how to solve such problems. How can i accees these videos M
    Thank you again.

    Reflection --> caused by an impedance discontinuity. A bounce of the wave front as it travels down a transmission line and sees a difference in impedance.

    Hello Sir, you said about NEXT and FEXT is positive and negative spikes in victim net, please make a video on this.
    Thanks

    Hello,
    Thank you for great video! I confuse the concepts of bandwidth, clock frequency and data rate a lot. For example, if I want to simulate a signal integrity in altium or another tool, should I set the period to 1ns for a 1GHz signal to the simulation, or should I set the trise 0.35/1GHz = 350ps? For example, is the clock frequency of a 10Gbps signal 5 GHz? Or is it bandwidth?

    Reflection due to impedance mismatch. Can i say plane discontinuing also?

    • @EsteemPCB
      @EsteemPCB  Před 3 měsíci

      Yes you can because that will cause the impedance mismatch too 👍

      And may I know how to decrease driver impedance in IBIS model?

    • @EsteemPCB
      @EsteemPCB  Před 3 měsíci +1

      You can easily do it in Ibis editor, search for zout in that and modify it as per your requirement, make sure to validate your Ibis model after modification.

    Bro, If dielectric constant is increases, while signal speed is increases or not.??

    • @EsteemPCB
      @EsteemPCB  Před 2 lety +1

      Velocity = c / sqrt(er) or Velocity = Length/Prop delay so yes it will vary by changing dielectric constant.

    • @koche9917
      @koche9917 Před 2 lety

      dielectric constants goes up, speed goes down. free space dielectric constant is 1 so speed of EM wave is speed of light
