Hi. I’m 16 years old and was born Muslim into a family that praised Islam, but never really prayed. I feel almost embarrassed to pray in front of my family because it looks like I’m trying to show off. I know I haven’t been a good Muslim, and I have never really read the Quran and I despise myself for wasting so much time. I really want to have a deeper connection with Allah. Praying is hard not because of the times, because it’s hard for me to understand so if anyone has any tips please let me know. @@ji0419 you can use as a practice then pray actual prayer , btw the position you can learn just by seeing 2 to 3 times only , like first start prayer with saying AllahuAkber then recites sana then surah fatihah then any surah then go rukoo then stand up then go for 2 sajood(sajdah) , then stand up again and repeat the same process again and after second sajdah this time you just sit and recite Attahiyat durrod and dua and lastly salam on both sides if you prayinh 2 rakat prayer otherwise after recite attahiyat stand up for third rakat , so see what you have to learn is things which recite in the prayer only ,
and here I am sharing you the easy way to learn, lets take Surah Fatiha which has 7 short ayah
what you have to do is just memorized only one ayah in one day and keep adding it to your prayer , so in seven days you will learn InshaAllah it all without taking any stress etc , just don't rush it
or
take a transliteration form of surah Fatiha and start listening to it while your eyes on paper , after some practice firstly you will able to read and his pronunciation and then after some more practice will memorized it too .
lets do this with all other parts of prayer as well , so you see you even dont need to have a vedio while praying prayer which also not allowed for praying Actual prayer
may Almighty Allah makes easy to you all and reward you more.

I was born in a muslim household my family is very religious, but I faced lots of trouble in my life and I lost hope I got to the point where I’ve tried to 💀 myself multiple times but something happened and all of a sudden I’ve changed a lot and now I’m learning how to practice prayer again and I’m so proud of myself alhamdulilah as a teenager, social media is one of the worst things ever created by mankind, and it was the biggest problem in my life, and now since I’ve deleted all my socials I can say that social media effects negatively more than it affects positively so be careful out there.

Whilst I still have the stress to pray in my own bedroom, knowing my atheist parents don't like me being muslim and don't knock on the door when entering, this video was really helpful! I love Islam.

Hi, im 11 years old. I prayed and trained this without mat and without body coverings. I wish i could just get those from my parents... My parents are very Religious but not for me and my brother. My brother is 13 has a praying mat but doesn't pray... I'm beginning to fast a bit, it's not like i have to do it or pray without praying mat and without body coverings it's just that i love praying, it's like making myself proud for praying and being responsible about how i pray but i still do not know how to speak Arab and i do not do dua for sleeping, toilet, and eating. I'll try to improve yet I'm still proud for myself because i still said a dua yesterday when i finished my fast, my mom told me Allah would get happy and i like that.
I don't want this to get a lot of likes, treat this comment however u would like, it's alright if no one sees this im just sharing my short story about my situation.
And no i do not have my period.
MashaAllah Sister you are doing very well, keep trying your best to be close with Almighty Allah
See we don't need to cover body by abaya/burqa but if you are covering yourself with the clothes you are wearing that's enough too, just need to cover your head properly, and regarding mat you can use anyone else too like just take on which your mom prays or anyone else.

Translation of Prayer
Allaahu Akbar (Allah is the greatest!)
1) Subhaanaka Allaahumma wabi hamdika wa tabaarakasmuka wa ta'aala jadduka wa laa ilaaha ghayruka.
Glory be to You, O Allah, and all praises are due unto You, and blessed is Your name and high is Your majesty and none is worthy of worship but You.
2) A'oodhu billaahi minash-Shaytaanir-rajeem
I seek Allah's protection from Satan the accursed.
2) Bismillaahhir-Rahmaanir-Raheem
In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionalte and the Most Merciful.
3) Alhamdul lillaahi rabbil 'aalameen; Ar-rahmaanir-raheem; Maaliki yawmiddeen; Iyyaaka na'budu wa iyyaaka nasta'een; Ihdinas-siraatal mustaqeem; Siraatalladheena an'amta 'alayhim; ghayril maghdubi 'alayhim; waladdaal-leen. Ameen (Surah 1)
Praise is only for Allah, Lord of the Universe; The most Compassionate, the Most Merciful; The Master of the Day of Judgement; You alone we worship and to You alone we pray for help; Show us the straight path, the path of those whom You have blessed, who have not deserved Your wrath, nor gone astray.
4a)Innaaa a'tainaa kal kauthar(1), Fasalli li rabbika wanhar(2), Inna shaani'aka huwal abtar(3).
(O Prophet,) surely We have given to you Al-Kauthar. So, offer Salāh (prayer) to your Lord, and sacrifice. Surely it is your enemy whose traces are cut off.
4b) Qul huwallaahu ‘ahad(1), Allaahus-Samad(2). Lam yalid walam yoolad(3). Walam yakullahu kufuwan ahad(4). Surah 112
Say: He is Allah, the Only One. Allah helps and does not need help. He did not produce a child, and He was not born of anyone. There is no one equal to Him.
5) Subhaana Rabbi-yal Azeem: "Glory to my Lord the Exalted".
6) Sami’a Allaahu liman hamidah: "Allah listens to him who praises Him":
Rabbanaa lakal hamdu: Oh our Lord, all praise is to You.
7) Subhaana Rabbiyal A'alaa: "Oh Allah, glory be to You, the Most High."
Rabbigh' firli - (My) Lord pardon me. (Recite 2 times between the two sajood )
8) Athahiyyaatu lillaahi was-salawaatu wattayyibatu. Assalamu ‘alaika ayyuhan-nabiyu warahmatullaahi wabarka'tuhu. Assalamu ‘alaina wa'alaa 'ibaadillaahis saa'liheen. Ash'had'u alla ilaha illallahu wa ash'hadu anna Muhammadan abd'uhu ea rasooluh.
All compliments, all physical prayer and all worship are for Allah. Peace be upon you, O’ Prophet, and Allah's mercy and blessings be on you. Peace be on us and on all righteous slaves of Allah. I bear witness that no one is worthy of worship except Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
9) Allaahumma salle ‘alaa Muhammadin wa'alaa' aale Muhammadin kama sallaiyta ‘alaa Ibraheema wa 'aAlaa Aale Ibraheema. Innaka Hameedum Majeed. Allaahumma baarik ‘alaa Muhammadin wa 'alaa aale Muhammadin kama baarakta ‘ala Ibraheema wa 'alaa Aale Ibraheema. Innaka Hameedum Majeed.
Oh Allah, send grace and honour on Muhammad and on the family and true followers of Muhammad just as you sent Grace and Honour on Ibrahim and on the family and true followers of Ibrahim. Surely, you are praiseworthy, the Great. Oh Allah, send your blessings on Muhammad and the true followers of Muhammad, just as you sent blessings on Ibrahim and his true followers. Surely, you are Most Praiseworthy, the Exalted.
10) Assalamu ‘alai'kum warah'matullaah: Peace and mercy of Allah be on you.
I just get from Go ogle and copy paste it here with numbers, so if anywhere you stuck you can ask , and secondly here in first point which I translated actually not recited by her but it's also recite in namaz which she forgot to add it , and it's called Sana you can CZcams it as well to get the video and it's pronunciation which we recite in first rakat of prayer only.

Hii, like the top comment I was born into a Muslim family but never really prayed like at all, I feel so ashamed to admit that but I’m trying my hardest now to pray slowly to get my self used to it, I hope that soon I’ll be able to pull my self to be a better Muslim and pray all the 5 times in a way that I won’t be lazy for but instead excited, it really is never too late to fix ur ways seeing how I’m trying my hardest now as I’m 15💕

For myself not being born Muslim and also not being the quickest of learners, for me I was overwhelmed with Salah and yet I found it the most beautiful part of Islam. Please don’t resist the change that Allah is guiding you towards. I was born Christian, Anglican Catholic to be specific and my own family hardly ever prays nor go to church. I’ve been practicing my daily prayers including praying Tahajjud when I randomly wake up at night, for me it’s usually anywhere between 01:00 to 03:00 no alarm whatsoever and I take it as an invitation from Allah that I pray to him and ask for whatever it is I’m in need of because he will answer my dua. All I’m saying is, if you find yourself to be in the comments amongst Muslims learning how to pray from the teachings in the video, it’s clearly obvious you’re here for a reason. Don’t wait till it’s too late my brother/sister, let’s not resist the change we need in our lives just because it’s unfamiliar. Take time to learn about the beautiful religion of Islam, you might even laugh at how you’ve been running away from what you truly need. I wish you all the best on your journey and I trust Allah will draw you nearer to him when the time is right and your defensiveness has lowered down, al-Hamdu lillāh.

All compliments, all physical prayer and all worship are for Allah. Peace be upon you, O’ Prophet, and Allah's mercy and blessings be on you. Peace be on us and on all righteous slaves of Allah. I bear witness that no one is worthy of worship except Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

Oh Allah, send grace and honour on Muhammad and on the family and true followers of Muhammad just as you sent Grace and Honour on Ibrahim and on the family and true followers of Ibrahim. Surely, you are praiseworthy, the Great. Oh Allah, send your blessings on Muhammad and the true followers of Muhammad, just as you sent blessings on Ibrahim and his true followers. Surely, you are Most Praiseworthy, the Exalted.

Day one (right now) ; asr finsihed, was almost disturbed ，maghrib couldn't, isha read，fajr read.
Day two ; fajr - done， Zuhr -❌ (school) Asr - now,
Very good effort but please correct your recitation some huruf you are reciting wrong like in surah fatiha you said rehman nur rahim but it is rehman nir rahim please correct it in arabic single harkah can change the meaning... May Allah guide us all ameen
