As a 48 year old European, that grew up in the 80s and on MTV, I know not even half of this songs. American chart v. European Chart.
During this week back in 1985, I was about to enter Kindergarten the next week. The song I remember the most from this list was Tina Turner "We don't need another Hero." I remember hearing that on the radio after my dad would pick me up from preschool.
I can't believe how many of these songs I hadn't heard before, especially the 2 songs from Amy Grant from that week.
