आज की एक सबसे बड़ी समस्या स्टूडेंट्स की यह हो गयी है कि वो एक target नही select कर पाते ,इसका कारण यह है कि सब चाहते हैं पहले कोई job लग जाये ,।इसमे कभी ssc, कभी railways, कभी स्टेट में लेखपाल ,police है,इसमे दिक्कत सबसे बड़ी यह होती है कि अलग अलग syllabus के कारण कुछ भी अच्छे से तैयार नही हो पाता ।

Sir I went through anxiety during my last year in college due to placement sessions (previous year). I dont know if it was depression or anxiety. I checked on the internet about my symptoms and I realised that I had 2nd stage depression, the 3rd stage being the final stage leading to suicide. I am quite happy that those times are gone and I finally came out of my college. But thinking about those times make me wonder what if someone else is facing something like me and also there is a rise in cases of suicide. I have now learnt how depression feels like, although I had a few friends to share, but still reality always shocked me.
I think we all need a video for depression for the students who are really struggling with a smile.
Brother/sister i have just passed my 12 grade yes I am too facing this type of situation due to low % and college selection,I too cannot distinguish whether I am suffering from anxiety or depression .But I know that something is going wrong with I am trying to identify my symptoms so pls can you sharebsome of your symptoms so that I can identify it clearly what's happening to me..
@@ch_33_priyaraj53 i mean there is an article that i looked about depressing. There it is an written in a detailed way about each and every symptoms. You can type "stages of depression" in Google.
My symptoms were: feeling lonely, less interested in doing things, over thinking about something, sleeping a lot, feeling bored all the time. I was so bored that even little things like going out to smoke and eat dinner made me a bit happy.
And dont worry, you've just passed 12th, no one gives a damn about 12th marks. You'll find a college. Any college will do. Going to a prestigious college doesn't make someone good. IIT ke bachche bhi bezorgaar hote hai. Bas degree lelo, baki sab luck hai bhai mere.

You have to change your position time to time , don't sit on bed all the time when you are studying , sometime on chair , some time outside when evening ,may be possible on floor on mat , then you will focus more,do some memory exercise as sir told
